We’re super excited to announce a series of workshops for female & nb LGBTQ+ writers run by Myah Asha Jeffers.

Myah will be facilitating a space for Queer playwrights to further discover how their queerness informs their writing. Focusing on writing queer characters / stories against the context of today’s social and political climate, and interrogating what makes a “queer” play.

Within that, there will be space for group sharing of work, writing exercises and working towards writing a scene for either a play already in development or a new project.

There are 10 places available. Writers must be able to attend both workshops.

Eligibility – must be over 18, female or nb, and have at least one parent of South Asian descent.
