Join us at Theatre In The Mill for script-in-hand readings of four striking short plays by newly discovered women writers of South Asian descent from Bradford and beyond.

This event marks the culmination of Discovery, a five-month programme from Kali Theatre that supports emerging playwrights to write and develop a short play. Through a series of workshops, dramaturgical support, and mentoring, each writer has created an original 20-minute script, which will be shared as part of this showcase.
Discovery has previously run in Leeds, Birmingham, Leicester, Oldham and London, and we’re excited to be sharing this new work by women and non-binary writers of South Asian descent from Bradford and beyond.
