Elaha Walizadeh is a domestic violence advisor and educator working with victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse for Britain’s largest gender based abuse organisation; Refuge. She is also the co-founder of Afghan Women in the Diaspora (AWD), a collective of Afghan women across the globe whose mission is to challenge patriarchal customs and break free from taboos within the Afghan community.
